Brand deals must be brokered through B/NG to count. Direct off-platform deals that involve on-platform content require FTC-style disclosure.

Tax and compliance
- W-9 (US creators) or W-8BEN (international) collected before first payout.
- 1099 issued annually for US creators meeting reporting thresholds.
- VAT / sales tax handled centrally — B/NG remits in the relevant jurisdictions.
- Stripe Connect Express account holds the payout balance and 1099 record.
Material changes to this rate card are announced 30 days before they take effect. Founding Creators have their split locked at the rates in effect on the day of their founding membership.
