Creator Agreement
This Creator Agreement is between you (“Creator”) and B/NG Media, Inc. It governs the submission, distribution, and monetization of your content on the B/NG platform.
1. License you grant to B/NG
You grant B/NG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transcode, transmit, cache, display, distribute, and stitch the platform end card onto each piece of content you submit, for the duration that the content is published. The license terminates 30 days after you remove the content or close your account, except for cached copies still in transit and any backups that age out under our retention schedule.
2. Ownership
You retain full ownership of your content. We do not claim a copyright interest. We do not provide your content to AI training partners without a separately-signed agreement.
3. End card requirement
Every piece of content that plays on B/NG carries the platform end card (3-second silent vertical 9:16 with the B/NG wordmark and tagline — BNG-33). It is non-removable and not negotiable. The original asset you uploaded is always preserved unmodified — we keep both copies.
4. Submission fee and creator subscription
- $1.99 per series at submission. Non-refundable.
- $0.99/month or $7.99/year creator subscription required to keep series published. Pause = content hidden until resumed.
- Founding Creators are exempt from the monthly subscription forever, but still pay the per-series submission fee.
5. Monetization streams and split
Authoritative split percentages and payout cadences are published on the Rate Card. Summary:
- Tipping: 90% creator, T+2.
- Fan subscriptions: 85% creator, T+2.
- Series unlocks: 85% creator, T+2.
- Pre-roll ad share: 50% (standard) / 55% (union-verified), monthly batch.
- Brand sponsorships: per-deal, T+5 after B/NG receives brand payment.
$25 minimum payout threshold. W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (intl) required before first payout. B/NG is the merchant of record; Stripe Connect handles disbursements.
6. Activation gate and strikes
Creator accounts are provisional until your first series is approved. You have 30 days from signup to submit. A first-submission rejection on a brand-new account triggers an immediate permanent ban (BNG-27). Strike progression thereafter: warning → 30-day suspension → permanent ban.
7. Music, voice-over, and minor talent
You represent that all music is original, properly licensed, royalty-free from a recognized library, or in the public domain. You represent that any non-AI third-party voice talent has signed the auto-generated B/NG VO Talent Release. You represent that any on-screen minor has the required parent or guardian release. The Universal Legal Document Archive (BNG-21) stores these records append-only.
8. AI disclosure
You agree to truthfully disclose AI involvement at submission. Concealing AI involvement is a strike offense. AI-disclosed series are first-class on B/NG — they are not banned, hidden, or downranked.
9. Brand sponsorships
B/NG-brokered brand deals run through Stripe Invoicing (net-30). Direct creator-brand deals outside the platform must be disclosed if they involve on-platform content; native ad disclosure rules apply (FTC).
10. Founding Creator
If you purchase a Founding Creator slot, the lifetime fee waiver applies to the underlying creator account only. It is not transferable, not refundable, and does not waive the per-series submission fee. The legacy revenue split is locked at the rates in effect on the day your founding membership was confirmed.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, published content is unpublished within 24 hours. Earnings pending payout continue through the normal cycle. Legal Document Archive entries remain — they are evidentiary and not deleted.
12. Order of precedence
Where this Creator Agreement conflicts with the general Terms of Service, this document controls for creator-specific matters. The Content Policy controls for content rules. The Privacy Policy controls for data handling.
